Important information for check-in
We are a homestay and a home, situated around 5km from Yuli town centre and Yuli train station. We are located by the mountainside and are a great escape for nature lovers!
- Check-in times: 3pm to before 9pm. (We suggest that you plan your check-in time between 3pm to 6pm as the homestay is situated in the outskirts of Yuli by the mountainside, and once it gets dark, it may be more difficult for you to find the small road leading here. If you would like to leave your luggage here before 3pm, please call us in advance to arrange and confirm.)
- Check-out time: Before 11am.
- Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 8am to 9am, if you request a vegetarian breakfast, please inform us when you check in.
- We do not allow smoking or heavy drinking throughout the whole building, thank you for your cooperation.
- Not all the rooms in the homestay are available for adding people/beds so please do ask the homestay in advance. Unless special requests have been made, please check in according to the number of people booked.
- Pets are not allowed, thank you for your kind understanding.
- We don’t provide lunch or dinner at the homestay. In the dining area of the homestay we have a simple self-service shop, where snacks, instant noodles, drinks and local specialties handmade by our friends and relatives are available to purchase if desired.
Booking cancellations
1. The deposit collected for booking a room in this homestay is in accordance with the rules promulgated by the Tourism Bureau. Deductions of the deposit in the event of a booking cancellation will be handled under the rule of law at the rate as follows:
- A cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit will be charged if the booking is cancelled on the check-in date.
- A cancellation fee of 80% of the deposit will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 1 day of the check-in date.
- A cancellation fee of 70% of the deposit will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 2-3 days of the check-in date.
- A cancellation fee of 60% of the deposit will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 4-6 days of the check-in date.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 7-9 days of the check-in date.
- A cancellation fee of 30% of the deposit will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 10-13 days of the check-in date.
- A cancellation fee will not be charged if the booking is cancelled within 14 days or more of the check-in date. (Alternatively you can reschedule your booking once within six months of the original booking date.)
2. If guests are not able to come due to transport disruptions in the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes or typhoons, we will refund 100% of the deposit paid after the official announcements are made by the competent authorities. (Alternatively you can reschedule your booking once within six months of the original booking date.)
3. If guests are unable to leave the homestay due to transport disruptions caused by typhoons, room rates will be charged at a 40% discount.
